Find Your Tiggers With This Pain Flare-up Diary
So that you can help prevent flare-ups in the future.
Hi everyone,
Short & sweet today - sending out a resource for you to use.
I’ve recently been making video content and am enjoying it WAY more than I thought I would. In one particular video about managing flare up’s earlier this week, I promised viewers I’d send them the resource below if they signed-up to the newsletter.
So here it is.
One of the most useful tools for someone living with osteoarthritis is the flare-up diary.
The diary keeps a record of pain episodes, how often you have them, is treatment working and what may be some hidden triggers you’re unaware of. After collecting data about your flares over MONTHS, you can evaluate the situation at a glance.
It’s the same reason why it’s standard practice to have a Migraine diary.
Over months you gather A LOT of accurate, real-time information in one place you wouldn’t normally have. And that can make the difference between effective self-management or not.
To manage osteoarthritis, a diary is required!
Print it out & fill in the prompts when you run into a flare-up.

See you next week,
